She developed her true love and passion  at a young age watching and helping her Grandma and Mom spending countless hours in their kitchens baking.  At that time she lived in rural North Carolina. At The Chop Shop we carry many of her sweets and treats and we are happy to  special order just about anything for you. Once you have tried her sweets and treats you will wonder how you ever lived without them!
