Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks (about 12-16 oz each, available from The Chop Shop)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Chop Shop Seasoning (or salt and pepper if unavailable)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450°F).
