Ingredients:

  • 2 ribeye steaks (about 12-16 oz each, available from The Chop Shop)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Chop Shop Seasoning (or salt and pepper if unavailable)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450°F).
  2. Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil and season generously with Chop Shop Seasoning (or salt and pepper).
  3. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, rosemary, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
